“This stay in Paris has truly exceeded all my expectations. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel at home from the very moment we arrived. The bed was honestly one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on, and the location is perfect — just a short walk from so many sightseeing spots. A huge thank you to Diana for making my mum and me feel so cared for after arriving in Paris for the first time following a 15 hour flight, and to Cecile for always making breakfast feel so warm and homely. We absolutely loved our stay here and will definitely be returning whenever we’re back in Paris.”

“Our stay at Hotel Faubourg Galant Paris, Handwritten Collection was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, Thomas at reception made us feel welcomed and taken care of every step of the way. He was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed, which truly made a difference in our experience. The hospitality didn’t stop there. Valentin, the breakfast attendant, was also incredibly nice and attentive. Every morning, he greeted us warmly and made sure we had everything we needed. No matter what we asked for, he was always there to help and provided us with a great meal selection at the in-house restaurant. His service made breakfast something we genuinely looked forward to each day. The hotel itself was lovely, comfortable, and perfectly located for enjoying Paris. Most importantly, my family and I had an amazing trip and felt well cared for throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris and would gladly stay here again.”

“Had a great short stay here while traveling. The location was very convenient for arriving from Gare du Nord and was well placed for eating, shopping, and walking all around the city. The front desk staff were super friendly and the manager Arthur very kind, professional and helpful. Our room was upgraded to a balcony which was cute, and the tv had Netflix which was a big plus. The beds were cozy warm and comfy, the bathroom clean, and even the lobby was well decorated and cozy. They were super accommodating with storing luggage before and after check in as well. Overall, great stay!”

The staff is multilingual, attentive, reliable, and genuinely friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. The breakfast was delicious, plentiful, and the perfect way to start a day of business or sightseeing in Paris. The hotel’s location is another significant strength. Its close proximity to Galeries Lafayette offers easy access to one of Paris’s most iconic shopping destinations, while nearby Rue des Martyrs provides a more intimate and quintessentially Parisian experience, filled with charming cafés, boulangeries, pâtisseries, and local shops. Together, they offer visitors two distinct but equally memorable sides of Paris. We would happily stay here again and would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and well-located base from which to explore the city.”

“Very good location! Nearest metro stations are 5-10min walk. Rooms are quite small but comfortable, if you take yard side then also super quiet. No fridge in room but there is self serving bar at the rception. Hotel is fresh and nice design. Very good breakfast (with a la carte order option). Friendly staff. Plenty of nice places to eat around. Definitely recommended.”

“My stay with family at this hotel was excellent. Great location. This review is based on my personal experience. My room was very clean, comfortable, every feature worked, plenty of hot water, nice shower, quiet, and great AC. It had a large TV although I did not use it. It offers a safety box, coffee and tea maker, high end towels and a great bed with four cushy pillows. A very efficient room design and decoration. Additionally, every one from the front desk on was friendly, courteous, attentive, and demonstrated superior hosting skills. The staff at the breakfast restaurant such as Cecile, Valentino, and the rest of the team were always ready to make your breakfast experience unforgettable. All the hotel staff I interacted with speaks English. I definitely would stay here again when visiting Paris. I highly recommend this hotel”
